This policy explains what information is collected when you visit our websites (including fuzzyrocks.com, thefuzzyrock.com and fuzzyrockuk.com), how it is used, and the choices you have. Purchases are completed on TikTok Shop, which has its own privacy policy that applies to your order, payment and delivery details.

What we collect

• Analytics data. We use Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and PostHog to understand how visitors use our pages - for example which pages are viewed, how far people scroll and which buttons are clicked. This may include your approximate location, device type and browsing actions on our sites.
• Advertising data. We use the TikTok Pixel and Google advertising tags to measure whether our adverts lead to visits and clicks through to our TikTok Shop listing. These tools may set cookies and receive click identifiers (such as ttclid from TikTok or gclid from Google) when you arrive from an advert.
• Contact details you give us. If you enter your email address or phone number in a sign-up form, we store them with our email provider (Klaviyo) to send you the offers you asked for. SMS messages are only sent if you tick the SMS opt-in box.

How we use it

We use this information to run and improve our websites, measure our advertising, and send marketing messages to people who have asked for them. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Data is processed by the service providers named above (Google, Microsoft, PostHog, TikTok and Klaviyo), each acting under their own privacy terms. If you buy through TikTok Shop, your order details are handled by TikTok and are covered by TikTok's privacy policy.

Cookies

Our sites use cookies and similar technologies for the analytics and advertising purposes described above. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the sites will still work if you do.

Marketing choices

Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link. For SMS, reply STOP at any time. You can also email us at tiktok@fuzzyrocks.com to be removed from our lists.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law (UK GDPR), you can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To make a request, email tiktok@fuzzyrocks.com. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Retention

We keep marketing contact details until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Analytics and advertising data is retained according to the settings of each provider listed above.
