You can return your order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Because our products are oral care consumables, returned packs must be unopened and in their original sealed packaging for hygiene reasons. Opened packs cannot be returned unless the product is faulty. Return postage is free.
Orders are placed through TikTok Shop, so the quickest way to start a return is from your order page in the TikTok app: go to your orders, select the item, and choose return or refund. You can also email us at tiktok@fuzzyrocks.com with your order number and we will guide you through it.
Once your return is received and checked, your refund is issued to the original payment method. Refunds for TikTok Shop orders are processed through TikTok Shop's payment system and usually appear within 14 days of the return being received.
If you would like a different flavour or pack size, the simplest route is to return the unopened item for a refund and place a new order. For damaged or incorrect items we will send a replacement - see below.
If your order arrives damaged in transit or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at tiktok@fuzzyrocks.com with your order number and a clear photograph of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (UK). If a product is faulty or not as described, please contact us and we will address your concern in accordance with our legal obligations.
